This page explains what Ekwueme & Kettering collects through this website and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you send the contact form, we receive the name, email, phone number and message you type. Our web host also keeps standard server logs, such as the pages visited and the browser used.

How we use it

We use what you send to reply, to check for conflicts of interest and to book a meeting. We don’t sell it or share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Messages from people who don’t become clients are deleted after a year. Client files are kept as the rules for lawyers require.
