Accessibility

Many of the people we work with read with low vision, use a screen reader or find small text hard. We want this site to work for them.

What we aim for

We follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 at level AA: readable contrast, text that resizes, every image described and every page usable by keyboard.

At our offices

The downtown and Wauwatosa offices are step-free. Bay View has one low step and a portable ramp. Ferdinand signs in ASL, and we can book a sign language interpreter for any meeting.
